Academic knowledge alone isn’t enough
Students need hands-on skills, industry exposure and guidance to make informed career decisions. Seepshila, a social initiative of Iraa Ventures, adds practical sessions, work-based training, mentored projects and direct industry links on top of regular academic study.
It links three partners: colleges host credit-linked courses, industry defines the skills it needs and hosts interns, and Iraa Ventures counsels, trains, mentors and coordinates.
