After the credit-linked course comes the biggest decision on the Seepshila pathway: which track to take. It shapes the three months of training and the three-month internship that follow.
Every student starts with a 10-hour credit-linked course worth three credit hours, in the semester break or on Sundays. Then come group and one-on-one career counseling sessions, where you pick a track. After that: three months of specialized training, a three-month internship with an industry partner, and a placement the partner may offer to strong performers.
What each track suits
- Graphic Design / UI/UX: for students who like visual work: layout, screens and how something feels to use. It suits you if you enjoy making things clear and good to look at.
- Digital Marketing: for students who like writing and messaging, and watching how people respond. It suits you if you're curious about why some content travels and some doesn't.
- Frontend Development: for students who want to build what people see and use in a browser. It suits patient problem solvers who like quick feedback.
- Backend Development and Databases: for students who enjoy logic, structure and data. It suits you if you like the parts that work quietly behind the screen.
- ERP (SAP Business One, Tally): for students interested in how businesses actually run: stock, bills, accounts and records. It suits organized thinkers.
- Networking: for students who like systems, connections and troubleshooting. It suits you if you enjoy finding out why something stopped working.
- Cloud computing, cybersecurity and AI: for students drawn to infrastructure, security and new tools. It suits curious learners who are comfortable with change.
- IT entrepreneurship: for students who want to build something of their own. It suits you if you think in problems to solve, not just tasks to finish.
How counseling helps you decide
Group sessions show you how the tracks differ and what each one asks of you. One-on-one sessions look at your own interests and strengths. Batches are small, 14–16 students from different colleges, so there is room to talk it through.
You choose the track; counseling helps you choose well. Training starts from that choice. See all the tracks on the Training tracks page, or ask us which might suit you.
