For an employer, Seepshila is a practical way to see trained students at work before deciding anything. There is no fee: you state the skills you need, and you host trained interns for three months.
Who arrives at your door
Interns have completed a 10-hour credit-linked course, group and one-on-one career counseling, and three months of specialized training in one of eight tracks, from UI/UX design and digital marketing to ERP, networking, and cloud, security and AI. Their trainers are practitioners in ERP, project management, databases, web development, networking, digital marketing and communication.
Students are nominated by their colleges, and batches have 14–16 students from different colleges, so you meet a mix of backgrounds rather than a single campus.
Three months to see the work
The internship is also a three-month assessment window. You see how an intern handles your real work, with your team, over time. That tells you more than an interview can.
At the end, you may offer a placement to strong performers. The decision is yours, and it rests on work you have seen.
What it asks of you
- No fee: industry partnerships are free.
- A clear statement of the skills you need in an intern. The training is built around industry requirements like yours.
